During my graduate studies, I was recruited to undertake targeted, remote research for Purcell's Heritage Consultants, writing clearly to a brief and employing a range of written and visual sources for the following projects:
Historic development section and plans for the Anglesey Abbey Conservation Management Plan
and Gazetteer (National Trust, Cambs., October-November 2022);
History section for the Aberdare Heritage Statement in an option appraisal for the Rhondda Cynon Taf borough council (Wales, July 2022);
History section with off-site archival research and historic development plans for the Brooklands College Heritage Statement (Surrey, 2022);
Historic development section with off-site archival research for the North Chingford Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan (Greater London, March 2022);
Off-site archival research and documentation at the National Archives, Kew, for the Purcell office in Hong Kong (September 2021);
Revision of entries for listed buildings in Historic England’s High Street Heritage Action Zones and related site visit to Gloucester (sApril-December 2021)
